Fireproof aluminum-plastic panel manufacturer: Fireproof aluminum-plastic panel construction process and quality control
Jun 28,2021
Fireproof aluminum-plastic panels are composed of multiple layers, with the upper and lower layers made of high-purity aluminum alloy plates, and the middle layer being a non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core board, covered with a protective film on the front. For outdoor use, the front of the aluminum-plastic panel is coated with a fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating, while for indoor use, a non-fluorocarbon resin coating can be applied on the front.
Performance of fireproof aluminum-plastic panels:
1. Good weather resistance, high strength, and easy maintenance. Convenient construction with a short construction period.
2. Excellent processability, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and outstanding fire resistance.
3. Good plasticity, impact resistance, can reduce the load on buildings, and has good seismic resistance.
4. Good flatness, lightweight and sturdy. Available in various colors.
5. Simple processing machinery, can be processed on-site. Patterns and designs can be customized.
Construction process of fireproof aluminum-plastic panels:
Layout work is based on the actual centerline and elevation points of the civil engineering project; the design of the surface is based on the building's axis. The aluminum-plastic panel frame consists of horizontal and vertical pieces. First, mark the position line of the vertical rods, then determine the anchor points for the vertical rods.
Install fixed connectors based on the laid-out guide lines, and secure the connectors with electric welding, applying anti-rust paint twice on the welds. The connectors are welded and fixed to the main structure. If the embedded iron parts are not embedded in the main structure, holes can be drilled in the main structure to install expansion bolts, which are then secured with connecting iron parts.
Install the framework through welding. During the installation process, continuously check the elevation and centerline position. At the same time, treat the cross-section connection welds with anti-rust paint and conduct concealed inspections and records of the fixed joints. The inspection records include the length, thickness, and position of the welds, quantity, and embedding depth.
Install the aluminum-plastic panels onto the profile inner frame, first drill and grind the screw holes, and use rivets to fix the aluminum-plastic panels one by one onto the steel frame; the gap between the panels should be 10-15mm, then inject silicone weatherproof sealant; it is strictly prohibited to remove the packaging paper before the aluminum panels are installed, and the protective film should be torn off only after the construction is completed; construction should be carried out in the direction indicated by the arrows on the aluminum-plastic panels.
