1. 2. Install and fix the connecting pieces, and after tensioning, use electric welding to secure the connecting pieces, applying anti-rust paint twice at the welding points. The welding of the connecting pieces to the embedded materials in the main structure can be done by opening holes in the main structure to install expansion bolts if no embedded iron pieces are set.
3. Use the welding method to install the framework, checking the elevation and centerline positions during installation. Additionally, anti-rust coating treatment is applied to the cross-section connection welds, and hidden inspection records for the fixed connecting pieces are established, including the welding length, thickness, position elevation, quantity, and embedding depth.
4. Install the fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels on the profile inner frame, first marking the position of the threaded holes, and using rivets to fix the aluminum plates one by one onto the steel frame; the gap between the panels should be 10-15 mm, and organic silicone weather-resistant sealant should be injected; it is strictly prohibited to tear off the packaging paper before installing the aluminum plates, and construction should follow the direction indicated by the arrows on the aluminum plates until the protective film is removed.
