Aluminum panel manufacturer: Precautions for installation and construction preparation of aluminum panels
May 28,2021
Aluminum panels refer to building decoration materials that have been treated with chromate and other processes and processed using carbon fluoride compound spraying technology. Precautions for the installation and construction preparation of aluminum panels:
1. Carefully check the on-site construction drawings and actual measurement dimensions to ensure the perfection of deepened design and processing. At the same time, carefully check the structural node drawings, identify any inconsistencies, and correct the design as soon as possible.
2. Check whether the quality of the horizontal and vertical keel meets the requirements of the drawings. The installation of horizontal and vertical keels should comply with design specifications. Connection bolts for the installation of horizontal and vertical keels should not be missing. To ensure the installation accuracy of the panels, it is recommended to use a theodolite to penetrate the beams and vertical frame components, and properly handle deformation joints, settlement joints, and variable cross-sections to meet usage requirements.
3. The materials and geometric dimensions of the metal connectors must meet design requirements, and the materials must have factory certification and retest reports.
4. The connection between the connectors and the vertical keel should be reliable.
5. Check the aluminum panel materials, surface color, strength, appearance, processing accuracy, etc., to see if they meet design and national standards.
(1) Check the length and width deviation, diagonal size deviation, and back parallelism deviation of the aluminum panel's processing accuracy: various processing accuracy requirements for aluminum panels are implemented according to company standards, which are far higher than national standards.
(2) Check the flatness of the aluminum panel surface: use a 3m straightedge to check the flatness of the aluminum panel surface, with an allowable deviation of 3mm. Use a 3m straightedge to check the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the panel, with an allowable deviation of 2.5mm, and use a square ruler to check the inner and outer corners, with an allowable deviation of 2.5mm.
(3) Check the angle deviation of the aluminum panel's corners and multilayer panels: within ±0.50, the radius of the aluminum panel's corners should meet design requirements and form a single fold time.
(4) The position of the rivets on the circuit board flange is correct.
(5) The surface of the provided processing template should not have obvious indentations, marks, and dents, and the surface of the template should be free from damage, hidden scars, and traces.
(6) For the nails used to connect the ribs and the back of the aluminum panel, the surface of the aluminum panel should not have obvious bulges or depressions after the nails are completed, and the coating surface should not affect the appearance and feel, and the fixing should be firm.
(7) The aluminum panels should be marked according to the design drawings.
6. The panels should enter the site and be stacked according to specification numbers to prevent collisions and contamination.
7. Scaffolding should be erected before installation, and the installation and operation of the hanging basket should be inspected and accepted by the relevant departments. Check whether the scaffolding meets the requirements of the curtain wall structure and specifications.
