Fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels, due to their two different materials (metal and non-metal), retain the main characteristics of the raw materials (aluminum metal, non-metal polyethylene plastic) while overcoming the shortcomings of the raw materials. This gives the material many excellent properties, such as luxury, colorful decoration, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and vibration resistance. It is lightweight, easy to process and shape, and easy to handle and install. Now let's look at the precautions for the seams of fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels.
The methods for joining fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels can be divided into two categories: one is concealed fixed points, and the other is exposed fixed points. Concealed fixed points: using sealing glue and other materials for rubber or rubber concealment; using frame aluminum profiles or decorative aluminum profiles to cover; after folding the aluminum-plastic panel, place the fixed point on the inner side. Exposed fixed points: using extruded aluminum edges or directly covering the joints; using rubber strips to cover the joints, directly exposing the fixed screws or nails; in addition to using the rubber method, exposed fixed accessories or aluminum profiles must undergo surface treatment, such as baking paint.
First, check the quality of the framework, focusing on ensuring that the well frame is straight, the load is evenly distributed, and the spacing between the purlins does not exceed five hundred. If the environment is humid, the design should appropriately reduce the spacing. The underside of the purlins should be smooth without any falling sensation, and the main body should be tightly and firmly connected to the accessories. Confirm that everything is qualified before binding. When cutting the panels, they should be broken along the cutting edge to ensure that the edges are straight and square, without any corrugated corners or other defects.
The solid installation requires that the edges of the aluminum-plastic panels (edging) be laid perpendicular to the supporting purlins, with the right side encountering hanging phenomena. When connecting aluminum-plastic panels, they should be tight but not pressed into place, and can be started from one corner of the panel or the middle, but should not be unfolded simultaneously.
When joining, the aluminum-plastic panels used for connection should be combined but not forced into place. The seams should be staggered, and the walls on both sides of the seam should not fall on the same purlin; when using double-layer panels, the seams of the second layer should not fall on the same vertical purlin as the seams of the first layer, and the seams of double-layer gypsum boards should be staggered.
Fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels are composite materials made on special aluminum-plastic panel production equipment, using coated aluminum sheets as the surface material and polyethylene plastic as the core material, processed through chemical treatment. Aluminum-plastic composite panels are composed of multiple layers of materials, with the upper and lower layers being high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, and the middle layer being a non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core board, with a protective film attached to the front.
