Construction technology and process of fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels
Sep 19,2022
The fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panel has two outer layers made of high-strength alloy aluminum, with a non-toxic fireproof high-density polyethylene core in the middle. The front is coated with fluorocarbon resin paint, available in both metallic pigment systems and non-metallic pigment systems. The product functionality of the fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panel has improved in terms of flatness and weather resistance due to a new manufacturing process. Next, let's look at the construction process and workflow of the fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panel.
1. Measurement line
1) The installation position line of the supporting framework should be accurately marked on the main structure according to the axis and elevation lines of the main structure, as per design requirements.
2) Punch out all embedded parts and retest the dimensions.
3) Distribution errors should be controlled at the start of measurement, rather than allowing errors to accumulate.
4) The measurement line setting should be done when the wind force does not exceed level 4. After laying out, it should be checked promptly to ensure the verticality of the curtain wall and the correctness of the column positions.
2. Weld and fix the installation joints to the embedded parts of the main structure. If there are no embedded iron parts on the main structure, holes can be drilled in the main structure to fix expansion bolts with connecting iron parts.
3. Install the framework
1) According to the position of the elastic line, fix the rust-treated columns to the connecting parts using welding or bolts. For large-area and high-layer aluminum plate curtain wall frame columns, the elevation and centerline positions should be checked at all times during installation. Measuring instruments and plumb lines must be used to measure and correct positions to ensure the verticality and flatness of the vertical rods of the frame.
2) The connecting parts and spacers at both ends of the beams should be installed at the predetermined positions on the columns and should be securely installed; the horizontal deviation between two adjacent beams should not exceed 1mm.
4. Install fireproof materials
High-quality fireproof and flame-retardant cotton should be used, meeting the requirements of relevant departments for fireproofing. The fireproof cotton should be fixed with galvanized steel plates. The fireproof cotton should be continuously sealed in the gaps between the floor and the metal plates, forming a fireproof barrier, with no gaps between the two.
5. Install aluminum panels
According to the construction drawings, fix the aluminum alloy panels one by one onto the steel frame using rivets or bolts. The seams between the panels should be 10-15mm to adjust for installation errors. During the installation of the metal panels, the left-right and up-down deviations should not exceed 1.5mm.
6. Panel seam treatment
After cleaning the surfaces of the metal panels and frames with detergent, immediately place the sealing strips or weatherproof rubber strips in the gaps between the aluminum panels, then inject silicone weatherproof sealant and other materials; the adhesive should be filled without gaps or bubbles.
7. Curtain wall closure operation
The closure processing can be made into the end parts of the metal panel wall and the keel cover.
8. Treatment of expansion joints
The treatment of expansion joints must first meet the needs of building expansion and settlement, while also achieving decorative effects. The opposite gold plates and neoprene rubber belt systems can be frequently used.
9. Wipe the panels
Remove the protective paper from the single panel and clean the single panel.
