There are 10 quality control personnel, 8 R & D personnel and 12 engineering designers. Gao Shida regards quality as life and strictly implements the ISO9001 international quality management system. From raw material incoming inspection, production process inspection to factory inspection, it has formulated a set of strict quality inspection system to ensure that the whole quality is always under control. And spent a huge amount of money from Japan to introduce film thickness meter, color difference meter and aging testing machine, from France, the United Kingdom to introduce advanced universal material testing machine, melting index testing machine, salt spray test and other testing equipment, to ensure the scientific nature and accuracy of the test results.

Gaoshida aluminum panels use alloy aluminum plates as the substrate, which undergo multiple surface pre-treatments after sheet metal forming, followed by a three-coat process and high-temperature curing to form a film, coated with various colors of highly weather-resistant fluorocarbon coatings.

 

Gaoshida has successively purchased advanced equipment such as CNC punching machines, CNC bending machines, CNC engraving machines, German MILLER argon arc welding machines, and fully automatic spraying machines from Japan's RANSBAG and Switzerland's Gema, all of which are internationally advanced. It uses high-quality alloy aluminum plates, German HENKEL pre-treatment agents, and fluorocarbon coatings from AKZO-NOBEL, PPG, and Valspar. It strictly adheres to the ISO9001-2000 quality assurance system requirements to ensure product quality meets the 'GSD3-8.3-0.3' internal control standards of Gaoshida and the American AAM2605-98 standards.

Raw Materials

Aluminum Plate Substrate:

Uses high-strength alloy aluminum plates such as 3003, 5005, 5052 series.

 

Surface Coating:

1. Uses internationally renowned brands such as PPG from the USA, AkzoNobel from the Netherlands,

and Valspar from the USA, with PVDF resin content ≥ 70% for ultra-weather-resistant coatings.

2. Provided by internationally renowned brands such as PPG, AKZO, and TIGER, with performance meeting the weather resistance powder coating standards of AAMA2605, AAMA2604, and AAMA2603.
