      Aluminum panels refer to building decoration materials processed through treatments such as chromating and then using fluorocarbon spraying technology. Fluorocarbon coatings mainly refer to polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500), which includes primer, topcoat, and varnish.
      The spraying process is generally divided into two coats, three coats, or four coats. Fluorocarbon coatings have excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, able to withstand acid rain, salt spray, and various air pollutants, with excellent resistance to heat and cold, capable of withstanding strong ultraviolet radiation, and can maintain color without fading or chalking for a long time, resulting in a long service life.
      Characteristics of aluminum panels:
1. Lightweight, good rigidity, and high strength. A 3.0mm thick aluminum panel weighs 8kg per square meter, with a tensile strength of 100-280n/mm2.
2. Good durability and corrosion resistance. PVDF fluorocarbon paint made with Kynar-500 and Hylur500 as the base material can last for 25 years without fading.
3. Good processability. The process of machining before spraying allows aluminum panels to be shaped into various complex geometric shapes such as flat, curved, and spherical.
4. Uniform coating and diverse colors. Advanced electrostatic spraying technology ensures uniform adhesion of paint to aluminum panels, with a wide variety of colors and options.
5. Not easily stained and easy to clean and maintain. The non-stick nature of the fluorine coating makes it difficult for contaminants to adhere to the surface, providing excellent cleanliness.
6. Convenient and quick installation. Aluminum panels are formed in the factory, requiring no cutting on-site, and can be fixed directly onto the framework.
7. Recyclable and environmentally friendly. Aluminum panels can be 100% recycled, unlike decorative materials such as glass, stone, ceramics, and aluminum-plastic panels, which have high residual value upon recycling.
