The technical specialty of fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels is achieved by applying fluorocarbon paint through a technical spraying process onto aluminum-plastic panels. Fluorocarbon architectural coatings are currently outstanding in outdoor performance indicators.
Characteristics:
1. The surface of the aluminum-plastic panel is sprayed with fluorocarbon architectural coatings, which provides excellent aging resistance and UV resistance, maintaining color and gloss for a long time, with good corrosion resistance, suitable for extremely cold environments.
2. Fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels are aesthetically pleasing and, compared to materials like tiles and laminated glass, have advantages such as being lightweight, high strength, and good rigidity.
3. The processing characteristics of fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels are high quality, easy to laser cut, weld, and bend, allowing for shapes that facilitate assembly on construction sites, which is not available in other building decoration materials.
4. Fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels provide sound insulation and noise reduction, have high shock resistance, and can be easily punched with a hole punch. Additionally, sound-absorbing cotton and other soundproofing and insulation materials can be added, with good fire resistance.
Specifications: Wall thicknesses include 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, etc., with large aluminum-plastic panels reaching sizes of 1500x4000mm.
The structure of a well-processed fluorocarbon coated panel from top to bottom includes: protective film layer, fluorocarbon epoxy resin PVDF system.
The basic principle of fluorocarbon spraying for aluminum-plastic panels is as follows:
Using electrostatic powder spraying equipment, fluorocarbon electrostatic powder is sprayed onto the surface of the aluminum-plastic panel. Under the influence of electrostatic induction, the fluorocarbon powder adheres evenly to the surface of the aluminum-plastic panel, forming a powder coating; the powder coating is then heated and cured to become a distinct coating; the effects of fluorocarbon spraying are superior to traditional spraying techniques in terms of impact toughness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance.
Application fields: Due to its excellent processing characteristics, diverse shapes and colors, and ease of cleaning and maintenance, fluorocarbon aluminum-plastic panels can be used not only for outdoor decoration but also for indoor walls. They are also suitable for showcasing ancient architectural styles, such as in museums, historical sites, tourist buildings, and exhibition halls.
The production process for fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum-plastic panels is as follows:
Pre-treatment process: Oil and dirt removal from aluminum profiles → Water washing → Acid treatment (degreasing) → Water washing → Acid treatment → Water washing → Chromating → Water washing → Pure water washing.
Spraying steps: Primer spraying → Topcoat → Gloss coat → Curing (180-250℃) → Quality inspection.
The double-layer coating process involves three spraying steps (commonly known as three sprays), including base coat, paint, and gloss coat, as well as secondary spraying (topcoat, paint).
